Next-Gen Satellite appoints Li Jian Min as Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Li has been chairman of 3 companies.
The Nominating Committee of Next-Gen Satellite had earlier reviewed Mr. Li Jian Min's qualifications, and considered his work experience to be relevant to the Company. It has therefore recommended, and obtained the Board's concurrence, to appoint him as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, according to a Next-Gen Satellite report.
Mr. Li is Chairman and CEO of China Satellite and Broadcast Co., Ltd from 2003 to present. He is also Chairman of Longrunn Capital Co Ltd from 2005 to present and of Three R Capital Group from 2010 to present.
