ERP rate hikes set for May

Several gantries in Southbound CTE after Braddell Road will raise their prices by up to a $1 starting May 7.

The rate increases were made after the Land Transport Authority finished conducting its quarterly review of traffic conditions on Electronic Road Pricing-priced roads and expressways, the agency said in a release.

Breaking it down per increase, the 7:30am-8:00am and 8:00am-8:30am time periods for the four Southbound CTE gantries will add $0.50 and $1 to their rates, respectively. Meanwhile, the 9:00-11am time period for the same road will get a rate decrease of $0.50. PIE Slip Road into CTE for the 7:30-8:00am time slot is also slated for a $0.50 discount.
