Taxi operator Trans-cab Holdings launches IPO at $0.68 per share

Market cap is expected to be around $456m.

Trans-cab Holdings, the second largest taxi operator in Singapore by fleet size, has launched its IPO at S$0.68 per Share, in connection with its proposed listing on the Main Board of the SGX.

The Public Offer will open at 9.00 am on 13 November 2014 and closes at 12.00 noon on 18 November 2014. Trans-cab’s market capitalisation is expected to be approximately S$456 million upon listing.

Its global offering of 168,000,000 Shares were priced at the top end of its bookbuilding range of $0.65 to $0.68. The global offering is expected to raise approximately $97.8 million.
