SingPost ties up with Synagie to provide on-demand warehousing
SMEs can acquire integrated warehousing services on a pay-as-you-use basis.
Singapore Post (SingPost) and e-commerce solutions provider Synagie Corporation have partnered to provide on-demand warehousing and fulfilment solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore and Southeast Asia, an announcement revealed.
The partnership will enable SMEs to capitalise on e-commerce order volumes whilst using the same enterprise grade logistics capabilities used by industry leaders, as they will be able to utilise warehousing and fulfilment services provided by SingPost’s subsidiary Quantium Solutions and powered by Synagie’s cloud commerce platform.
The firms will also offer SMEs a one-stop solution for greater operational efficiency and faster turnaround times in both traditional and e-commerce markets.
Southeast Asia's Internet economy is said to be growing at an unprecedented rate and is expected to exceed US$200b by 2025, with high mobile penetration driving growth of e-commerce transactions in the region, and surpassing US$10b by 2071.
Designed to provide multi-channel fulfilment for both offline and online businesses, the on-demand warehousing solution will be offered to SMEs in Singapore and Southeast Asia from Q3 2019.
SMEs can start a free trial of Synagie’s commerce platform by signing up online via Synagie’s website, and will be notified when the on-demand warehousing solution is ready.
