Samudera Shipping Line announced the resignation of Lee Chee Yeng as non-executive and independent director.
Mr Lee, 68, was also a member of Audit, Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
He was appointed to the post on 1 January 2006, according to a Samudera Shipping Line report.
