Sembcorp Industries dismisses inactive subsidiary

The utilities and marine group has put SUT Seraya Pte Ltd under Member’s Voluntary Liquidation.

Sembcorp Industries on Tuesday said its inactive wholly-owned subsidiary, SUT Seraya Pte Ltd, has been placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. In an announcement, the group said it has appointed Mr Robert Yam Mow Lam as the liquidator for this subsidiary.
