Pan Asian Holdings announced the retirement of Dr Donald Ee Keng Boon as group executive director (nonboard member).
Dr Ee provided the leadership role in the operational aspects of the group, overseeing the daily operations of the Australian subsidiary, according to a Pan Asian Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post on 1 April 2012.
