Mr. Bugansky, 69, as global head for Plantations & Processing Technology, was responsible for analysing, maintaining and ultimately improving the group's technical resources in processing facilities and plantations. He was appointed on October 1, 2013.
He will start his duties as CEO in Africa on July 1, 2017.
