Flights will be thrice weekly.
Singapore Airlines’ low-cost subsidiary Scoot will launch non-stop flights to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia starting May 2, 2016.
The flights will operate thrice weekly and will utilize wide-bodied 787 Dreamliners. It will replace Singapore Airlines’ existing services via Dubai, reducing flight time by about four hours.
Jeddah is Scoot’s first destination in the Middle East.
