Singapore Airlines named most attractive employer for 2026
It rated highly for its reputation, technology and innovation, and leadership.
Singapore Airlines (SIA) has been named Singapore's Most Attractive Employer for 2026, according to the latest Randstad Employer Brand Research.
The airline previously topped the rankings three times between 2019 and 2023 and was inducted into the Employer Brand Hall of Fame for a second consecutive period covering 2024 and 2025.
About 2,500 Singapore-based respondents rated SIA highly for its reputation, use of technology and innovation, and leadership and management.
Separately, the airline recently announced a $1.1b multi-year programme to introduce new long-haul cabin products across its Airbus A350-900 long-haul (LH) and A350-900 ultra-long-range (ULR) fleets.
It also plans to expand Starlink in-flight Wi-Fi to its A350-900LH, A350-900ULR, and A380 aircraft.
SIA was followed in the 2026 rankings by Changi Airport Group, DBS, Illumina, United Test and Assembly Centre (UTAC), Marina Bay Sands, Pratt & Whitney, NTT Group, Infineon Technologies, and Sanofi.
Illumina, UTAC, Pratt & Whitney, NTT Group, Infineon Technologies, and Sanofi entered the top 10 for the first time this year.
Amongst the 14 industries surveyed, life sciences ranked as the most attractive sector to work in, with a score of 75.6 out of 100.
Hospitality and recreation services, including security, facilities, and catering, ranked second, followed by semiconductor manufacturing.
The survey also found that work-life balance remained the top priority for respondents, cited by 68%, followed by competitive salary and benefits at 64%.
Career progression was identified as a priority by 55% of respondents, whilst 54% said equal opportunities were an important consideration when choosing an employer.
