Frasers Centrepoint Limited buys three German companies

The total price of the purchase is $67.83m.

Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL) bought three companies incorporated in Germany for $67.83m.

According to an announcement, FCL will hold 94.8% shares of Logipark Moosthenning GmbH, 94.8% shares of H.Jäger Ges. für Projektentwicklung von Immobilien mbH, and 100% of Simblafis GmbH’s shares.

The three have a freehold interest in two warehouse facilities located in Moosthenning, Bavaria/Germany and a photovoltaic system located on the roof of one of the warehouses.

The warehouses are leased on a long-term basis to a German car manufacturer, which uses the property to warehouse automotive spare parts.

The property is located in Oberes Feld 2, 84164 Moosthenning, Germany, and has a gross lettable area of 72,558 sqm.
