Frasers Property appoints Lim Hua Tiong as Vietnam CEO

He was previously the Vietnam CEO at investment firm CFLD International.

Frasers Property Limited has assigned Lim Hua Tiong as CEO of its Vietnam arm.

Lim brings 20 years of experience into the real estate and finance sectors. He was most recently the Vietnam CEO of investment firm CFLD International. Prior to that, he was general manager of Vietnam for CapitaLand Limited.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Lim will be reporting to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property Limited.

Frasers Property’s presence in Vietnam includes its investment in Me Linh Point Tower, a 21-storey retail and commercial development in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2018, the Group launched Q2 Thao Dien in Vietnam, a commercial-residential (or mixed-use) development in Ho Chi Minh City, a commercial-residential development in Ho Chi Minh City that has notched 90% of launched residential units as at 31 March 2019.
