Meng Yew is Deloitte Southeast Asia and Singapore Global Trade Advisory Leader. He regularly advises clients in navigating their investments into Southeast Asia from a market access perspective involving movement of goods, services, and investments. Such advice includes cross border supply chain strategies from a legal, regulatory, tax and trade perspective.
Cecil is a Partner in the Indirect Tax service line at Deloitte Singapore where he works closely with the regional and global Global Trade Advisory (GTA) network and other business units to build new service offerings and capabilities. He leads Deloitte's Digital Trade capabilities and is active on Digital Supply Chain and Trade Compliance matters in Asia Pacific and beyond.
Tony is a Director with Deloitte’s Global Trade Advisory team in Singapore and has been at the forefront of customs related matters in the Asia Pacific region for more than 40 years. Tony’s niche area of expertise is in Customs and international trade. These include helping clients to successfully implement changes that lead to greater indirect tax savings, cost savings through more efficient and effective supply chains, use of free trade agreements, free trade zones and other customs controlled areas, accurate HS classification, and efficient customs valuation of imports.
