Koh Yen Han stepped down as Alpha Energy Holding's finance manager

She also stepped down as joint company secretary.

Miss Koh, 35, is to pursue other career opportunities. She was appointed to this position on April 1, 2011. She was responsible for the financial functions of the group. 

Prior to joining our the group, she was an accountant and a finance manager for JK Technology from 2011 and S-Team Switchgear from 2009 to 2011. She was audit senior and later audit assistant manager for AT ADLER from 2007 to 2008. She was in various positions and lastly, audit senior for Moores Rowland International from 2001 to 2006. She has a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Temasek Polytechnic Singapore in August 2001. She also has an ACCA qualification in August 2005 and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She became a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore in June 2008. She became a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in September 2010.
