With over 20 years of experience in the consumer and merchant payments industry, covering product development, sales, relationship management, and business development, Rakesh has spoken on topics that include changing consumer expectations, the evolving retail landscape, and the impact of digital payments. In between corporate stints at Citibank, NETS, and leading Southeast Asia payments provider 2C2P, Rakesh also co-founded and ran a regional marketing consultancy that served Visa, SingTel, MasterCard & United Overseas Bank.
Rakesh graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors's in Business Administration.

Based in Singapore, Pooja heads the Sales and Strategic growth of PayPal’s Enterprise Merchant’s in the Southeast Region. Operating in a region which is dynamic, complex and fast paced, her key focus is to enable Enterprise merchants to have the best of PayPal consumer and merchant products like Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), credit, payouts, and fraud management, and be able to outreach consumers across the globe.
With over two decades of rich global experience in the Banking and Fintech domain, Pooja is a veteran in the payments industry. Having worked in a number of different payment companies across the globe in technology, business development, sales and operations, she has an exceptional grounding on the merchant ecosystem and its needs. Prior to PayPal, Pooja was part of Worldpay (now FIS) APAC leadership team where she led its expansion into ASEAN, Japan and China Markets. In her earlier engagements, Pooja held a number of leadership roles at German conglomerate Bertelsmann, Elavon and ANZ Banking Group.

He started his career in consulting working with public and private

outcomes. He later moved on to hold leadership positions in Mondial,
Brazil’s leading electronics company. He joined South America’s
leading online fashion and lifestyle destination – Dafiti, in 2016, leading
the group’s strategic projects including improving the company
structure, specifically on processes and business mapping.
He became part of ZALORA in 2019 as the Group’s Senior Strategy
Director, overseeing ZALORA’s Data Innovation Lab, ZALORA’s data
platform – TRENDER, the Strategy Office, and the Corporate
Communications departments.
Quiron has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of
Vicosa in Brazil and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
