As GCNS President, Dr Bicky steers GCNS in driving multi-stakeholder action to forge a more sustainable future. At Rolls-Royce, he is responsible for its operations across key businesses – Civil Aerospace, Defence, and Power Systems. Dr Bicky also currently serves as Council Member for the Singapore National Employers Federation.

A sustainability advocate for over two decades, Esther was conferred the 2018 UNGC SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy and is one of 25 Climate Trailblazers by Reuters in 2023. The chairperson of WorldGBC Corporate Advisory Board, APREA ESG Committee, and Singapore’s Sustainability Report Advisory Committee, Esther is a board member of the Global Reporting Initiative, GRESB Foundation Board, and UN PRI Real Estate Advisory Committee.

As TP’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Mr Wallace Lim leads the institution’s sustainability strategies and initiatives. Mr Lim is also the Director of TP’s School of Humanities & Social Sciences (HSS), which allows him to leverage HSS’ strengths in behavioural insights to assist in transforming individuals' attitudes and actions, and enable their adoption of long-lasting green lifestyles.





Ms Koh Kai Qian

Kai Qian is from the Public Sector Sustainability Office at Singapore’s Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE). Her work involves formulating and implementing policies to advance environmental sustainability within the Singapore Public Sector. Prior to this, she was in the Sustainability Partnerships Office at MSE, driving partnerships with businesses and the community to promote a national sustainability movement in Singapore.

Shridhar Ravikumar has over a decade of experience as a Lead Consultant developing strategic Industry 4.0 initiatives by adopting Digital Transformation platforms at the intersection of multiple emerging digital technologies like Digital Twin, Industrial IoT, Cloud PaaS, ICT, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. Today, Shridhar Ravikumar advises companies to adopt advanced manufacturing technologies and assists organisations in improving their operational performance.





Mr Kenneth Foo

Kenneth Foo is the Strategy & Corporate Citizenship Leader at Schneider Electric, where he is responsible for developing & executing strategies and overseeing CSR efforts across 14 East Asian countries.

Before joining Schneider, Kenneth worked in strategy consulting, project management, and business planning in the pharmaceuticals and oil & gas sectors. He holds an MBA from Oxford University and a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from NUS.





Dr Alex Liu

Head of Advanced Manufacturing Programs

Dr Liu works closely with different industries and government agencies regionally, helping them to utilise standards and adopt advanced technologies, most recently in manufacturing sustainability.

He has a B.Eng in Mechatronics and Robotics Automation and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. With more than 15 years of experience in advanced manufacturing processes and materials, he has received 10 awards and patents in the area of additive manufacturing.
