New position to drive customer focus and growth across a single Asia Pacific region for NCR.
NCR Corporation named David Miller as its vice president of Asia Pacific, a new position reporting to Peter Leav, NCR's senior vice president of global sales, according to an NCR report.
David Miller will lead a newly-created single sales organisation across Asia Pacific, excluding Japan. As part of NCR's ongoing business transformation, NCR is consolidating separate sales organisations in North Asia Pacific and South Asia Pacific into one single sales region to drive customer focus and growth across key geographical markets.
David Miller has been leading the NCR South Asia Pacific sales region since joining in 2009 from Beijing-based Lenovo, where he led the company's Asia Pacific and Japan business. He also has Asia leadership experience with Dell, including as president of China and Hong Kong. Patrick Chou, NCR's North Asia Pacific vice president, is leaving NCR.
