Lim Beng Choo, Lim Thien Su, Chia Chee Hyong, and Rodolfo San Miguel Alviedo, Jr. stepped down as International Healthway's directors

They were removed by shareholders via ordinary resolution at the EGM.

Miss Lim, 47, was appointed on January 1, 2016 as executive director. She was responsible for leading the overall strategic development of the Group and providing management leadership to the Group, and the Group's healthcare services thrust into overseas markets, the development of medical real estate and organizational capabilities.

Mr. Lim, 58, was appointed on April 27, 2016 and fulfilled the roles and responsibilities of a non-independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Mr. Chia, 53, was appointed with Mr. Lim and fulfilled the roles and responsibilities of an independent director and chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nominating Committee

Mr. Alviedo, 46, was appointed on October 24, 2016. He fulfilled the roles and responsibilities of an independent director and chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
