Book a reliable cleaner in seconds with Helpling.
Many homeowners become paranoid about their valuables whenever unknown cleaners are around. Helpling wants to eliminate those fears by providing an on-demand cleaning service that is backed by a $1m liability insurance.
“We insure each cleaning up to $1 million dollars through our liability insurance which safeguards and provides security for both parties. No more hassle, uncertainly or worrying about valuables. It is incredibly safe, because all cleaners are thoroughly vetted,” said Hoe Yeen Teck, CEO of Helpling Singapore.
Helpling allows users to book trusted and experienced home cleaners within 60 seconds. The app lets users store booked cleanings directly to the phone calendar and set alerts when a cleaner will need access to the flat.
It also lets users re-book services more easily by using their last cleaning job as a reference. Users can also forward booking details directly via email or SMS to notify a partner or flatmate that they can look forward to a clean home.
“There is a surge in people shifting towards the preference of on-demand services. EasyTaxi and Foodpanda are gaining popular traction in Singapore. We see that there’s huge potential for Helpling as it is yet another service that helps people ease into their busy schedules and provide greater convenience with a few tabs on their smartphones to engaging good and reliable cleaners,” Yeen Teck said.
