Bitglass appoints new APAC-J sales vp

 Pun Kok Lim’s leadership would help the firm thrive in the APAC-J market.

Silicon Valley-based total cloud security company Bitglass has revealed the appointment of Pun Kok “PK” Lim as the vice president of sales for Asia-Pacific and Japan.

According to Bitglass, Lim brings significant working experience in enterprise networking and security with both customers and partners.

With over 30 years of sales and management experience under his belt, Lim has a proven track record at Blue Coat Systems (Symantec), Palo Alto Networks, RSA, and Fortinet.

Commenting on his new role, Lim said: “Bitglass is clearly differentiated in the industry with its unique CASB technology, and its innovative Secure Web Gateway (SWG) platform. As enterprises struggle to address the dynamic secure access requirements of remote work and cloud-first digital transformation, there is tremendous opportunity in Asia to help them shift to a single point of control.”
