A dynamic and expanding investment consulting entity is committed to build its AUM in the region. This role calls for an individual with entrepreneurial and goal-getter traits, to lead its Client Relationship Management team to acquire new accounts / sectors to increase revenue in the region. This is a highly visible role with direct impact to the business’ AUM growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic directions and action plans on AUM growth with strict compliance to regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage the day to day Client Relationship Management function
• Ensure excellent client service through active understanding of clients’ needs (eg. investment strategies / requirements) to provide an all-rounded fund service solutions
• Strengthen existing and new client relationships and identify potential business opportunities
• Keep track of market landscape and development to provide added-value services to clients
• Collaborate with other teams to establish strong client on-boarding and integration policies and processes

Key Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics or related discipline
• Possess relevant industry certifications (eg. CACS Paper I & II, CMFAS modules)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Fund Services industry. Prior experience in Hedge Fund is a plus
• Proven track records in growing AUM revenue
• Strong influence capability to build strong relationships with management leaders and high-net-worth / affluent clients
• Strong business acumen and market knowledge in capital investment products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Able to build and lead a team
• Able to travel
