Senior Manager, Marketing & Branding

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive key strategic marketing and branding initiatives to help define our brand positioning and build strength in the longer term
• Develop and execute annual regional marketing plans to drive objectives
• Contribute to regional marketing campaigns by defining the media-neutral briefs, co-managing the creative process and media activation strategies as well as corresponding primary agency relationships; assisting in campaign reviews and coordinating with country teams, local partners and agencies in the region
• Be the brand champion across markets, marketing environments/channels and cross-functional teams
• Design and develop brand management tools to deliver brand consistency across 2D graphics and print, 3D spatial environments and digital channels
• Ensure successful execution of all productions eg. PR, events, TVC, print, outdoor, content and digital through internal teams and/or external partners
• Partner with key markets (eg. Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Mauritius) and agencies in the deployment of marketing plans to ensure consistency in the brand positioning and messaging across locations and countries and varied language and cultural contexts
• Define marketing metrics to gather data, results, insights and recommend improvements
• Track marketing budget

Key Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications Business, or a related field
• At least 10 years of Marketing and/or Branding experience
• Marketing experience in the areas of PR and events is required
• Digital marketing knowledge is preferred
• Experience working with creative services and agency partners
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong individual contributor, as well as leadership to build a team
• Able to travel
