Sodexo acquires Kim Yew Electrical & Sanitary

The acquisition boosts Sodexo’s technical expertise in Singapore.

Commercial services company Sodexo acquires Kim Yew Electrical & Sanitary, a hard facilities management services provider in Singapore.

According to a press release, Kim Yew Electrical & Sanitary will be renamed Sodexo Kim Yew Pte Ltd and will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sodexo Singapore.

The acquisition reinforces Sodexo’s technical expertise and business presence in Singapore by tapping into Sodexo Kim Yew’s hard FM services.

“Combining Sodexo’s capabilities in FM and food services with Kim Yew’s technical expertise in hard FM services allows us to enhance our service offering and address the needs of the growing integrated FM services market in the region,” said Sodexo Asia Pacific Region Chairman Johnpaul Dimech.
