C&G Environmental Protection names Loo Cheng Guan Executive Director & Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer

The former managing partners of other companies will be responsible for corporate finance, investor relations and business development.

The Board of Directors of C&G Env Protect announced the appointment of Loo Cheng Guan as Executive Director & Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer. The Nominating Committee (“NC”) had reviewed the qualifications and working experience of Mr Loo and recommended his appointment. The board, having considered the NC’s recommendation, approved the appointment, according to a C&G Env Protect report.

Mr Loo, 48, will be responsible for corporate finance, investor relations and business development.

He was a Managing Partner F&H Fund Management Pte. Ltd from Aug 2010 to May 2011. From Oct 2008 to Mar 2010, he was Tembusu Partners Pte Ltd’s Managing Director. He was also the founder and managing partner of Blue Ocean Capital Partners Pte Ltd from Nov 2005 to Oct 2009.
