Hong Leong Asia appoints Wong Meng Choong as group COO

He was group COO for Asia at Tat Hong Holdings.

Hong Leong Asia announced the appointment of Wong Meng Choong as group chief operating officer.

Mr Wong, 61, will provide operational leadership and management to strategize and operationalize business plans to achieve business and financial targets and key metrics, according to a Hong Leong Asia report.

He was group COO, Asia at Tat Hong Holdings from August 2013 to January 2015. Between February 2013 and August 2013, he was the executive vice-president of Tat Hong Holdings. Before this, he was managing director of China Delta Export, Asia Pacific from May 2010 to September 2011.
