Kilde raises $1.92m in Pre-Series A funding round

It will be used to add staff, expand capital markets capabilities, and upgrade technology.

Private-credit investment platform Kilde said it raised $1.92m (US$1.5m) in a Pre-Series A round led by Purple Ventures, with participation from existing investors.

The company stated that the proceeds will be used to add staff, expand capital markets capabilities, and upgrade technology to scale the platform.

Kilde said assets under management have surpassed $162.8m (US$127m) and that it is planning toward $1.28b (US$1b) in AUM with defined budgets and milestones.

The firm said it targets 10.5%–13.5% yearly returns via a standardized deal structure and proprietary technology, and that larger scale improves borrower quality and deal size.
