CCM Group appoints Goh Tuck Peng as Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Goh’s past position as Financial Controller of the company boosted his chances to be chosen by company.

The Board of CCM Group announced the appointment of Goh Tuck Peng as its Chief Financial Officer effective Jan 3. The Board has approved Mr Goh’s appointment based on the recommendation by the management and taking into account Mr Goh’s experience in finance and his familiarity with the Company’s operations.

Mr. Goh, 41, will be responsible for managing the Group's finance functions and oversees the Group's accounting, finance, tax, investor relations and compliance matters, according to a CCM Group report.

Mr. Goh was Financial Controller of CCM Group Limited from December 2009 to June 2011. He was also Chief Financial Officer of Zhejiang Red Sun Wool Technology Ltd from January 2008 to January 2009. Prior to this he was Group Finance Manager of Shanghai Asia Holdings Limited from March 2005 to May 2007.
