Condo resale prices fall 0.3% in July as CCR bucks trend

RCR and OCR prices dropped 1.1% and 0.9%, respectively, during the month.

Condo resale price index fell to 280.6 in July, down 0.3% from 281.5 in June but up 2.7% from a year earlier, according to data from 99.co and SRX.

The index remained at 273.3 in July and August 2025 before falling to a low of 271.3 in September.

It then rose in the final quarter, reaching 274.3 in October and 276.4 in November before slipping to 274.1 in December.

Prices increased to 275.1 in January 2026 and rose further to 279.0 in February. The index remained relatively flat at 278.9 in March before falling to 277.8 in April and rising to 281.0 in May.

Month-on-month, prices surged by 2.6% in the Core Central Region (CCR), whilst decreasing by 1.1% in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and 0.9% in the Outside Central Region (OCR).

Year-on-year, prices rose across all three regions, led by the CCR at 6.2%, followed by the RCR at 2.8% and OCR at 2.6%.
