Condo resale prices rise 0.1% in June as CCR falls
OCR fell alongside CCR this month, whilst RCR alone rose and led annual growth at 5.7%.
The condo resale price index rose to 281.3 in June, up 0.1% from 280.9 in May and 3.7% from a year prior, according to data from 99.co and SRX.
The SRX Price Index for Condo Resale shows fluctuating movement from June 2025, when it recorded 271.1, rising to 273.2 in July and 273.3 in August, before falling to 271.2 in September.
It then climbed through October and November, recording 274.3 and 276.4, respectively.
The index edged down again in December to 274.0 before a slight uptick in January 2026 to 275.1.
It remained flat at 278.9 in February and March, dipped to 277.6 in April, before rising again through May and June.
Month-on-month, prices fell 0.6% in the Core Central Region (CCR) and 0.4% in the Outside Central Region (OCR), whilst the Rest of Central Region (RCR) rose 1.4%.
Year-on-year, prices rose across all three regions, led by RCR at 5.7%, followed by OCR at 3.8% and CCR at 2.2%.
