Outside Central captures 48.3% of June condo resale volume

Prices in the region slipped 0.4% within the month but climbed 3.8% year-on-year.

The Outside Central Region (OCR) dominated Singapore's condo resale market with a 48.3% share in June 2026, according to data from 99.co and SRX.

The Rest of Central Region (RCR) and the Core Central Region (CCR) followed, accounting for 31.7% and 20.1% of resale transactions, respectively.

Resale prices in CCR and OCR fell 0.6% and 0.4% month-on-month (MoM), whilst RCR prices rose 1.4%.

On a yearly basis, prices rose across all three regions, led by RCR at 5.7%, followed by OCR at 3.8% and CCR at 2.2%.

The highest transacted price for a resale unit in June was $22.95m, for a unit at Nassim Park Residences in CCR.

RCR's top transaction was a unit at Dakota Residences at about $6.39m, whilst OCR's was a unit at The Hacienda resold for about $5.25m.

Overall resale volume rose to an estimated 1,042 units in June, up 4.2% MoM and 7.2% year-on-year (YoY).

The condo resale price index climbed to 281.3 in the same month, up 0.1% MoM and 3.7% YoY.
