All-Link to raise $20.1m in IPO debut
The group said its public offer shares were 4.85 times subscribed.
All-Link Air & Sea Limited announced that its initial public offering of 37,924,500 Offering Shares will raise $20.1m.
The IPO comprises 35,824,500 shares by way of placement to investors and 2,100,000 Shares by way of a public offer, at the Offering price of $0.53 per Offering Share.
The group said placement shares were 1.24 times subscribed whilst public offer shares were 4.85 times subscribed.
Headquartered in Singapore, All-Link Air & Sea is a regional freight forwarder offering cross-border freight forwarding services in key ASEAN markets. The company coordinates air and sea freight forwarding, road freight transportation and customs clearance for customers moving goods across borders and within domestic markets. With an asset-light business model, All-Link Air & Sea works through a network of airlines, carriers and third-party logistics partners.
The company operates in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, serving a diverse customer base across technology, electronics and consumer products.
According to the SGX, All-Link Air & Sea Limited opened at $0.53 on 5 August 2026.
