Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust divests Poland property for $11.7m
This is part of the group’s strategy to strategy to reduce non-core assets.
Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT), which is managed by Stoneweg EREIT Management Pte. Ltd. and Stoneweg EBT Management Pte. Ltd., will be selling Arkońska Business Park in Gdańsk, Poland, for a consideration of $11.7m (€7.8 m).
The property is a two-building office complex with a total lettable area of 11,710 sqm.
The sale is consistent with the group’s strategy to reduce exposure to non-core markets and B/C grade office assets, leaving SERT with four Polish office assets.
“The transaction also lowers SERT’s exposure to Poland to 6.7% from 7% and increases SERT’s logistics and light industrial exposure to 56.1% from 55.9%,” Simon Garing, CEO of the managers, said.
SERT also announced that divestment of the Via della Fortezza, 8 in Florence, Italy for $22.5m (€15m) has been completed. It was first announced on 20 December 2024 and funds were received on 4 July 2025.
Net proceeds from the divestment will be applied towards reducing the revolving credit facility and/or for general working capital purposes of the company.
Subject to satisfaction of the condition precedent, completion is expected in the second half of 2025.
