The consideration for the acquisition is $1.ISOTeam Ltd. announced that it purchased the 73,500 ordinary shares owned by Chin Wai Tuck in the company's subsidiary Zara @ ISOTeam, representing 49%$ of the issued and paid-up share capital of Zara.
