Singtel leads Singapore’s 5G and mobile speed rankings in H1 2026

Meanwhile, MyRepublic ranked as the fastest fixed network.

Singtel had the fastest mobile network in Singapore in the first half (H1) of 2026, ranking first for both overall mobile performance and 5G based on Ookla’s Speed Score data.

For all mobile technologies combined, Singtel recorded the highest median download speed at 258.01 Mbps, ahead of M1 at 185.63 Mbps.

Singtel also posted the fastest median upload speed amongst operators at 28.45 Mbps, with a latency of 28 milliseconds (ms).

The operator also recorded Singapore’s highest 5G availability during the period, with 84.3% of its users connected to its 5G network most of the time, according to Speedtest Intelligence data.

In the fixed broadband market, MyRepublic ranked as Singapore’s fastest fixed network in H1 2026, achieving a speed score of 78.66.

It recorded a median download speed of 479.34 Mbps and the highest median upload speed at 394.39 Mbps, with a latency of 7 ms.

Speedtest users also rated MyRepublic as Singapore’s top-rated internet service provider, giving it a score of 3.71 out of 5, the highest amongst local providers.
