ComfortDelGro rebrands EV charging business CDG Energy

CDG Energy operates 2,600 charging points across Singapore and Malaysia.

ComfortDelGro has unveiled CDG Energy, its energy management business that operates charging ports in Singapore and Malaysia.

Formerly CDG ENGIE, CDG Energy has a network of 2,600 electric vehicle (EV) charging points across 800 locations in Singapore and Malaysia. ComfortDelGro said that further expansion is underway, with plans to expand across the region.

The business is expanding its capabilities across fleet electrification and smart energy management, ComfortDelGro said.

CDG Energy arose from ComfortDelGro acquiring the remaining stake in CDG ENGIE, its former joint venture.

The new brand identity will be rolled out progressively across digital and physical assets in phases.
