LTA to issue 27,683 COEs in August to October

There were only 24,606 COEs from May to July.

Certificate of Entitlements (COE) for August to October will expand 12.5% to 27,683 from a quota of 24,606 COEs in May to July, the Land Transport Authority Revealed.

A total of 9,986 small car COEs will be offered in the next three months which is a 16.10% rise from the quota of 8,601 in May to July. On the other hand, COE supply for bigger cars with above 1,600cc will decrease 1.14% to an average quota of 2,529 per month.

Goods and vehicles COE supply will rise 10.6% in the next months from 1,830 to 2,024 whilst motorcycle COEs will increase 55.7% from 3,159 to 4,919. Meanwhile, open COE supply will slip 5.2% from 3,339 to only 3,165 from August to October.
