Yoma Strategic Holdings forms JV to establish Myfood in Myanmar

Its share capital reached US$75m.

Yoma Strategic Holdings (Yoma) formed a joint venture (JV) with canned food company Hüepeden & Co. (Hüepeden) to establish Myfood Industries Myanmar Company Limited (Myfood).

According to an announcement, the issued capital is worth US$75m, comprised of 75,000 shares at US$1 each.

Yoma will hold 60% in Myfood, whilst Hüepeden will hold 40%.

The company will focus on cultivation, manufacturing, and canning of fruit and vegetable products.
