Raffles Medical chairman acquires 800,000 shares, raising stake

His latest purchase increased his stake to 54%.

Executive chairman and co-founder Loo Choon Yong increased his stake in Raffles Medical Group, with the purchase of 800,000 ordinary shares.

Loo bought the shares at $1.02 per share.

The acquisition increased his total stake in the company to 54.578% or 1.013b shares of the Raffles Medical Group.

The company made the transaction on 12 June through a market transaction. 

Before the latest purchase, he bought 900,000 ordinary shares at $1.02 apiece.
