Rotary Engineering appoints Leong Sook Han as CFO
She is a seasoned finance executive and has more than 20 years of working experience with various multinational companies.
Rotary Engineering announced the appointment of Leong Sook Han as chief financial officer.
Ms Leong, 46, will be responsibile for the full spectrum of finance and accounting, treasury operations, financial and strategic planning, risk and credit management, corporate taxation and internal audit.
She has assumed different roles in Royal Philips Electronics Companies where she has served for 10 years of her career in international assignments in Hong Kong, Europe and China. Her roles included head of corporate finance in an independent JV business, China treasurer and head of finance in a global business division, according to a Rotary Engineering report.
Ms Leong also has a focus in the energy and energy efficiency sector and as the structured finance director has led initiatives in the M&A, funding and structuring of energy efficiency projects for the Global Energy Solutions business of Johnson Controls Asia Pacific between 2010 to 2013.
Ms Leong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy and completed the Master in Applied Finance from the Macquarie University. She is a nonpractising member of the Institute of Singapore Certified Accountants.
