Neo Group snaps up cold facility in Senoko Way for $15m

It will save up to $840,000 in costs.

Neo Group’s subsidiary Thong Siek Holdings will purchase a property at 22 Senoko Way for a total consideration of $15m.

Neo Group said that the property has an existing cold facility and is 2.4x bigger than TSH’s existing premises at 14 Senoko Way.

The property has a total land area of 14,807 sq m and 34 years of remaining lease term.
