China Star Food named Yeo Choon Tat as deputy CEO

He is responsible for the Singapore office.

Mr. Yeo, 63, is responsible for the smooth running of said office and execute relevant tasks such as overseas business development, fund raising activities, merger and acquisition activities, investor-investment analyst relation, and financial activities of the company and its subsidiaries.

He was group financial controller for Intraco from January 2014 to September 2016. He was legal representative for Intraco International (Shanghai) from January 2016 to October 2016. He was financial controller for Smartflex Holdings from September 2008 to December 2013. He was executive director and general manager of Finance for Shanghai ASA Fortune from June 2007 to February 2008. He was general manager for Possehl Electronics Group (Shenzhen) from August 2006 to May 2007. He was senior VP and COO from February 2004 to July 2006 for Jolimark Group of Companies.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the former University of Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
