Frasers Hospitality expands Japan portfolio by $250m

Two residential properties will be launched by 2020.

Frasers Hospitality Trust announced that it has raised its Japan investments to $250m to launch new serviced residential properties in Tokyo namely Capri by Fraser, Ginza I Japan and Fraser Suites Akasaka. Both are expected to be launched by 2020.

Capri by Fraser, Ginza I Japan will focus on catering the millennial age group, and is expected to have 200 rooms with stylish social spaces.

Meanwhile, Fraser Suites Akasaka will offer elegant studio and one-bedroom apartments located in Japan’s central downtown.

Frasers Hospitality’s has a global portfolio of over 145 properties in about 80 cities.
