Leo Siang Kwong steps down as Stratech Systems COO

His position was terminated because the group's operations have been streamlined to be headed by 2 directors of operations in charge of the group's diVision and aerospace businesses.

Stratech Systems announced the resignation of Leo Siang Kwong as chief operating officer effective 6 October 2014.

Mr Leo, 47, is responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities, including directing company operations to meet budget and other financial goals, directing short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals, establishing the performance goals, allocate resources and assess policies for senior management, demonstrating successful execution of business strategies for Company products and services, participating in and supporting capital market development, developing, establish and directing execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives, according to a Stratech Systems report.

He was appointed to the post on 30 January 2013.
