Condo prices up 0.9% in August

Price of units in the central region grew the most by 1%.

The overall Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) rose 0.9% from 142.9 in July to 144.2 in August.

According to the National University of Singapore (NUS), units in the central region rose 1.0% from 130.9 to 132.2.

Prices of units in the non-central region rose 0.9% from 155.4 to 156.8.

Prices of all small units rose 0.3% from 158.4 to 158.9.

The SRPI serves as an index for the overall non-landed residential market in Singapore.
