SIAEC expands services agreement with Scoot

The agreement will span 58 months with an option for a 24-month extension.

SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) announced the expansion of the scope of its services agreement with Scoot to include the airline’s new Embraer E190-E2 fleet.

SIAEC will cover line maintenance and selected fleet management support services.

This expansion is estimated to generate revenue worth $52m over the 58-month period to start on 1 April, with an option to extend for another 24 months.

The transaction will not have a material impact on the net tangible assets per share or the earnings per share of SIAEC for the financial year ending 31 March 2024.
