Saiman Ernawan retires as Boustead Singapore deputy chairman

He decided to cease working for the company after almost 17 years on the Board.

The Board of Boustead Singapore announced the retirement of Saiman Ernawan as deputy chairman and independent non-executive director.

Mr Ernawan, 66, took charge of providing entreprenial leadership, chart strategic directions and offer advice and guidance as an independent non-executive director, according to a Boustead Singapore report.

He was appointed to the post 15 April 1996.
