Suites Digital Pte Ltd snags Enterprise Software Award for business services at SBR's inaugural TEA

This digital innovation for businesses earned Suites Digital Pte Ltd the Enterprise Software Award for the business services category at Singapore Business Review’s recently concluded Technology Excellence Awards (TEA).

Suites Digital offers a variety of products that are designed to assist businesses.

Its Suite Exchange consists of a set of applications tailored especially for sales teams. The mobile application is designed to boost every step of the sales processes and is especially crafted with usability and seamless transition in mind.

Meanwhile, basic application allows users to make quality calls that improve
operations with every sales visit. It also permits users to customise their app according to their business needs, seal deals faster from anywhere, deliver instantaneous customer service and use marketing features to convert each consumer into a customer.

Suites Data, on the other hand, demonstrates the proprietary database structure that deals with Big Data, it captures all aspects of business from sales to marketing to organization habits, and data is always available to be exported in Excel or other
contemporary formats.

Its informative e-commerce website, Suites Connect, is linked to multiple websites and e-commerce leverages on the most up-to-date technologies for stand-alone usage or to be seamlessly coupled with standard Suites application software.

Designed to connect specific, enterprise or individual solutions essential for all businesses, Suite's digital ecosystem is anchored on enhanced consistency, security and efficiency with the concept of consolidating all solutions into a single framework.

Suites Digital has a good share of clients who have been left satisfied by their award-winning innovations.

Within six months from its initial launch, Jardine Distribution, a wholesale distributor of agriculture products, applied construction chemicals and household items, has already 2 million euros in increased sales and has been expanded to the construction and agriculture department. The company is now using Suites Connect for lead generations as part of the customer journey.

“[Suites is…] An enterprise solution that is suitable for direct and channel models and [is] appreciated by management. It features KPIs measurement, sales and product categories performance, analytics and reporting,” Jardine Distribution’s IT manager said in a testimony.

“The platform is easily scalable and customizable, thus optimizing organisation's sales processes and workflows.”

With the adoption of Suites Digital’s enterprise solutions, Global Compact Network Singapore, the Singapore chapter of the United Nations Global Compact, has experienced increased ease in managing its thought leadership events and flagship initiatives, such as its annual Summit and Youth Forum.

With Suites, multinational tire and rubber company Bridgestone has also digitally transformed its face-to-face ordering process and phone calls to a more efficient and effective web ordering system, which garnered a 50 percent increase in sales revenue.

Suites Digital’s clientele also includes PUBLICITYASIA, OPSOLUTIONS, MGR, Golden Springs Group, and PT Moment Global, amongst others.

Recognising Singapore’s leading companies in technology innovation, the Technology Excellence Awards lauds outstanding companies that have pioneered groundbreaking IT products and solutions and implemented avant-garde technology initiatives that have made an impact on their business.

The Technology Excellence Awards, presented by Singapore Business Review, was held on 30 May 2019 at the Conrad Centennial Singapore.
