BBR Holdings sells 18 Sungei Kadut property for $4.2 million

Construction and development company BBR Holdings had recently purchased a bigger leasehold property at 58 Sungei Kadut Street 1 from JTC and is now letting go of its 18 Sungei Kadut Street 4 property as per an agreement with JTC.

According to a report by RHB, the leasehold property has been sold to 800 Super Waste Management and has allowed BBR to have a $2.88 million gain on disposal with its NTA/share increasing from $41.54 cents to $42.48 cents.
