Two sites offered at Tuas South 6, 7

The 0.86-ha and 1.01-ha lands are open for tender until 4 September, 11a.m.

In a release, JTC Corporation (JTC) has launched for sale by public tender two plots of land, sized 0.86 ha and 1.01 ha at Tuas South Street 6 and 7 respectively. Industrialists can apply for the sites before the tender closes on 4 September 2012 at 11:00am.

"Both sites are zoned Business-2 (“B2”) and have a lease term of 22 years with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0. Site details and location plans are shown on https://www.jtc.gov.sg."

"In line with the Government’s efforts to make industrial property more affordable, these plots come with shorter tenure and are targeted at industrialists who need to custom-build their own facilities."

"Interested parties can purchase the Developer’s Packet at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from Information Counter, Level 1, The JTC Summit, 8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434."
