AIMS APAC REIT chief to step down effective November

A new CEO will be appointed to replace his role.

In an announcement released via SGX, AIMS APAC REIT’s current CEO and Executive Director Koh Wee Lih will be stepping down on 28 November 2021.

Lih is expected to pursue other interests after this.

Also included in this announcement is the appointment of Russell Ng as CEO-designate immediately, with the goal of him assuming the role of CEO by 29 November. 

Ng was originally the head of Investor Relations, Investment, and Partnerships. Responsibilities covered by the job include the company’s investment activities, strengthening of investor relationships, developing capital and business partnerships. He also held senior fund management and investment positions with Lendlease, AEP Investment Management and Soilbuild Business Space REIT.
